I’ve got a new lot coming on the market here in Briar Meadows Creek. The address is 3084 Peterson Circle in Bryan, Texas. It’s a nice big lot here in a beautiful neighborhood. Lots of new houses here, new things going in still and sidewalks everywhere. It’s a really great little community here. And you can see the lot here. And the complaint that we’ve had is that these houses in the back seem to be too close to the fence, so I’m offering a $150 gift certificate to the Brazos Valley Tree Farm. So whoever buys the house will have a head start on getting some plants that’ll grow up real quick and cover those houses up.
