Hi, I’m Sherri Echols, Broker Associate with RE/MAX Bryan College Station.
Back in the mid-2000s, Money Magazine ranked College Station as the most educated city in Texas. We have a world-class university here. Wonderful people from all over the world make up our community. Besides TAMU we have the Rellis Campus and Blinn College as well as several trade schools. And we have to include Bryan in this ranking. Bryan and College Station are separated at University Drive. If you didn’t know if you would think you are in the same city still.
We have Northgate and University Square, Downtown Bryan, the George Bush Presidential Library, the Medical Corridor, OPAS and Symphony, theater companies, restaurants galore, parks to explore, libraries, adult continuing education, a huge senior activity center, great daycares, awesome schools, community sports for kids and adults. The Downtown Association and both cities keep activities and events happening year-round. We have loads of live music, family centered activities, and night life. We have wineries and breweries and even a distillery, museums, and festivals, and rodeos. There is way too much to list out in one video!
Bryan College Station really is a community rich in tradition and culture, with something for everybody. I’m proud to see our community ranking in the top 3. Whoop!
